Refund Policy

At Nbparents, we aim for every learner to have a positive learning experience. All courses published on the Nbparents platform come with a Satisfaction Guarantee, and all courses provide a trial class to ensure learners find the course that suits them best.


1. Full Refunds
Parents of learners are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances for any type of course:

1.1 Trial Class Refunds
Parents who request a refund at least 24 hours before the trial class starts will receive a full refund.

1.2 Package Course Refunds
Parents who request a refund at least 24 hours before the first session of a package course starts will receive a full refund.

1.3 Educator Cancels the Class
If the educator cancels the course before the first session, a full refund will be provided.

1.4 Schedule Changes Before Package Course Starts
If the educator changes the course time before the start of a package course, parents may request a full refund for the package course.

2. Partial Refunds
To accommodate parents’ needs, after the first session of a package course and at least 24 hours before the second session starts, parents may request a refund for all remaining sessions except the first session.
The cost of the first session will be calculated by dividing the total package price by the total number of sessions.


3. No Refund

3.1 Time Conflicts or Rescheduling
If a group package course (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) or private package course encounters a time conflict after the first session and within 24 hours before the second session, and the original time cannot be coordinated, Nbparents provides the following options:

* The original educator may transfer the learner to another section of the same course with parental consent.
* Nbparents may arrange for another educator to teach a similar course. The course schedule will be coordinated by platform staff.
Refunds requested solely because the original time cannot be matched will not be accepted.

3.2 Late Arrival or Absence

* If a learner does not join the class within 10 minutes of the start time, the educator may end the session, and it will be considered completed.
* If a learner misses a class, no refund will be provided.
* If a learner cannot attend a group class, no refund will be provided; however, if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance and there is a session of the same course at a different time, a makeup session may be arranged.
* For private classes, if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued, but the session may be automatically rescheduled or another time arranged.
* For private classes, if notice is not given at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be counted as completed, and no refund will be issued.


4. Time Zones and Daylight Saving Time
To unify time zones, all course times are displayed in Pacific Time.
If daylight saving time starts or ends in certain regions of the world causing changes in course times, and the learner cannot attend, refunds will not be provided.
Please check the course schedule in advance.


5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds to credit cards typically appear within 1–7 business days, depending on the processing time of your bank.
