It's important to us that everyone has a positive experience learning with Nbparents. All Nbparents classes are backed by our Happiness Guarantee, which allows parents to receive refunds outside a class’s listed refund policy.

1. Full Refunds

The following situations guarantee parents a full refund, regardless of class-specific refund policies. Contact us at support@nbparents.com or click Help on the Nbparents website or APP if you need assistance with a refund for any of these reasons:

Parents who apply for a refund 24 hours before first class starts will receive a full refund.

Parents receive a full refund if the teacher cancels in advance of the class’s first meeting time.

If the teacher changes the class time before the start of the package course, parents can apply for a full refund for the package lessons.

In the event that a teacher changes the class date or time before the first class of the package lessons, parents may request a full refund.

2. Partial Refunds

In order to satisfy every parent, after the first class of a package course, you can receive a refund for all package lessons except the first class. The price of the first class is calculated based on the trial class price.

3. No Refund

If there are any time changes from either teacher or student, and the time cannot work for both parties, we will schedule another teacher. Classes plan will be arranged by the management staff for the relevant course.

We cannot guarantee that your original time slot will be able to match other teachers’ classes. Please give us 5-6 replacement time slots. You are not allowed to ask for any refund on the grounds that you cannot match the original time slot.
