I like taking obstacles head on whether that being learning some thing new or teaching. No question is a dumb question, everything is always something to question. I like to follow the pace of how my students learn, as well as showing them how comparing things to learning allows it to be fun. I love interacting with students, I view their ideas as a way to teach them.
